About-Face

Here’s a few lines about us and what we do to encourage social networking in Higher Ed.

We’re a public 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in Boston but have no office space of our own.  Most of our team works from home on 20/20 fiber maintaining Elgg communities as campuses start to deploy social learning activities in the curriculum.

We’re strong believers in social media.  We cut our teeth producing social learning designs with LAMS, a revolutionary new tool for designing, managing and delivering learning designs in the cloud.

We believe every student has a voice and our mission is to help create social learning designs that expose each and every one of them.
